The Superior Chamber of Commerce – BAR Marketing Committee is implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that will promote Superior as a premier community in Arizona to visit, recreate, locate a business and live. The strategy will also include internal marketing to local residents to build community pride.

The overall strategy includes the need for quality, high resolution photographs to promote Superior and build internal pride. The BAR-Marketing Committee is looking to hire a photographer/s to take high quality photos that represent Superior and help convey the “Superior” brand tag lines: “I Am Superior”, “We Are Superior” “Be Superior” “Rebuild Superior” and “This is Superior”

Basic requirements:
Photos must become the property of Superior Chamber of Commerce for the sole use of promoting Superior by the Chamber and their key stakeholder groups. Photos must be high resolution and should be sized to be used in all marketing methods including print and digital use.

Contracted photographer will be responsible for developing a release form for all models, private property and business’s photographed that allow the photos to be used to commercially market and promote Superior. A copy of all signed releases must be given to the Superior Chamber of Commerce to be accompanied with the release of photos.

Use of Models:
There is a preference to have many of the photos include a multigenerationalfamily participating in activities in Superior. Adults, Senior Citizens, Teenagers and Young Children. Cost of models must be included in quote, preference will be given to those using local models. Please see examples of use of models in the required photo listing.

Official Request For Quote (RFQ) Requirements:
Quote must include contact information, costs including cost of model and any other applicable supplies, time frame, and examples of work.

Resume and or professional portfolio preferred by not required.

RFQ’s should be submitted to the Superior Chamber of Commerce PO Box 95 Superior, AZ 85173 or you may submit a digital quote to Mila Besich-Lira at Proposals must be received by Monday, July 31, 2017 at 5:00pm.

Please Note:
The bids may be awarded to one or more photographer at the discretion of the BAR-Marketing Committee. For example, one photographer may prefer to only do nature shots vs posed shots with people.
